1. How long have you worked as a bankruptcy paralegal? I have been a bankruptcy paralegal preparing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 since 1988.
2. What are your qualifications? I have an Associates Degree as a paralegal and 24 years of experience preparing bankruptcy petitions.
3. What are your fees? I charge a flat rate of $175.00 for Chapter 7 and a flat rate of $175.00 for Chapter 13.
4. Is your office ready for electronic filing? Yes, we use the latest software and are up to date on the court's requirements. We will provide you with an e-filing package ready to upload to the court's website.
5.Why should I hire you when I already have an office staff? You only pay me for the work I actually produce, on a contract basis. You do not need to provide me with a salary, benefits or do employee withholding. Contracting out bankruptcy preparation will free up your staff to perform other duties.
6. How will I be billed? $75.00 of the fee is due when you order. The remaining $100.00 is due upon your email approval of the file. In order to keep our fees as low as possible, we do not bill you. You may use the Paypal link below to make a payment.

9. How quickly will my documents be completed? Our standard turn-around time is 3 days from receipt of your information. Emergency situations requiring a 24 hour turn around will be accommodated upon request at no additional fee.
